Our club. Our future. Our home.
These are mighty exciting times for everyone connected to St. Bernard’s United FC. Not just because of the football (though we’re fairly handy at that too), but because we’re ready to take the next big step in our club’s story. This began in 1972 and we’re not stopping now.

A club on the up
If you blinked over the last few years, you might’ve missed the growth spurt. We’ve gone from 360 members in the 2022/23 season to well over 600 this season, and that’s not counting the parents on the sideline who roar louder than any whistle.
This isn’t just a club anymore. It’s a massive part of our community, a gathering place and a second home for all of our members.

Securing our future
For years, the main committee has been working away quietly, phone calls, meetings, more meetings, and the odd prayer to secure one thing: a permanent home for St. Bernard’s Utd FC.
A place our children can run, train, dream, and score goals long after the rest of us have retired.

How you can help
You don’t need deep pockets, just a bit of heart, a desire to be counted, and to see a club progress.
- Coaches: Rally your troops.
- Parents: Support events, share links, buy the ticket.
- Players: Show up, help out, represent your club.
- Local businesses: Sponsor, partner, or throw your name behind the cause.
Even forwarding the 50/50 link to your cousin in Australia counts. Every little helps!
Fundraising activities for everyone
We’re keeping the classics like the 50/50 Draw, Last Person Standing, and Table Quizzes. Plus, we’re adding new crowd-pleasers like Family Bingo (don’t pretend you don’t love bingo), a Sponsored Walk/Run for the young ones, and more community events as the year unfolds.
These aren’t just fundraisers; they’re a chance to bring everyone together, have some craic, and see our plans being realised.
